Acid reflux and pregnancy….?
I had heartburn, managable.
Now I seem to have acid reflux (I think), where I feel a tightness in my chest and chest pains, that feel like my heart but I know its acid reflux or something like that.
What can I do to ease this pain?
Will my doctor prescribe something, perhaps?
I am seeing him tomorrow.
I had normal heartburn symptoms before I got pregnant. They happened everynow and then.
After I got pregnant, everything gave me pain. I was going through containers of tums.
To ease the pain, watch what you eat, document what gives you pain and don’t eat it. Take Tums or calcium tablets.
I’m not sure what the Doctor can prescribe during pregnancy. I would definitely talk to him about what you’re going through though.
