Reflux Positioning

Has anyone tried one of those pillows Medslant is supposed to help with acid reflux?

I have tried using several pillows position ways and never worked for me. My bed is not one that lends itself to looking up the blocks. I have to find a way to keep your head high when I sleep. I do not want sleep in my chair!

My father has a hiatal hernia and reflux and has been sleeping with a wedge of foam "that was a medical doctor at a local pharmacy years and has helped tremendously. I recently had abdominal surgery and is not able to sit alone in a flat and ended up sleeping on it for two months and really did not feel uncomfortable or difficult to adjust. I check out local sources and see if your doctor can get a Rx to buy one because if you DME is covered by a plan or flex your insurance might cover part or all of the charges rather than ordering online. And it might be cheaper to buy locally and not pay shipping.
