Heartburn may be a sign of pregnancy?

I only experienced heartburn while pregnant with my first baby, but it was not in the beginning I think it started in second quarter. After I had my baby everything was fine, the total acidity was … now my 9 month old and I am experiencing heartburn for 2 days … It is too early to take the test yet, but I wondered if this could be a symptom of pregnancy, what can this be?
